Job summary

YouTrip is seeking a Community Marketing Intern in Singapore to monitor social channels, engage with users, and support the Creators Program to grow brand presence. You will work with the Marketing team on content for Instagram and TikTok and assist with offline events.

The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing fintech environment, focusing on community engagement and digital content creation.

Qualifications

Social creature with strong people skills and empathy.
Digitally savvy with awareness of trending creators and content formats.
Excellent spoken English and collaboration skills in a team.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day monitoring and response of social media and community sentiments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, forums, app reviews.
Facilitate conversations and engage with YouTrip users in Telegram groups and channels to build engagement.
Assist in managing YouTrip Creators Program by creating content briefs for creators to produce brand-relevant content.
Grow and support creators in the YouTrip Creators Program to amplify brand awareness on social platforms.
Assist in execution of offline events and activations.
Coordinate community merch drops and giveaways with the Marketing team.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new community initiatives.
Help Social Media team in creating content for Instagram and TikTok.
