Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting two Physiotherapist positions in Singapore.

You will conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance and mobility. You will educate clients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in home rehab, CR, CH, NH settings. Requirements include a Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, functional, and mobility status.
Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
Supervise therapy assistants.
Participate in clinical student placement.
Participate in internal training.
To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
