Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Bedok, Singapore, is seeking a Physiotherapist to assess clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status and to implement individualized intervention plans.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency, educate clients and caregivers, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across settings such as Home Rehab, CR, CH and NH.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, functional and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training.
• Provide service to Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH as deemed competent.
