The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a licensed physiotherapist in Singapore to assess clients, design and implement personalised plans, and provide evidence‑based therapy across settings such as Home Rehab and Community Hospitals.

You will educate clients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include supervising therapy assistants, participating in student placements, and contributing to internal training activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualised physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conference, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Participate in clinical student placement
• Participate in internal training
• To provide service to various settings (eg. Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent
