Job summary

SPCA Singapore is seeking a Fundraising and Partnerships Executive/Manager to coordinate fundraising events and initiatives, develop a fundraising plan, and actively identify new opportunities to grow revenue and donor engagement.

You will work closely with teams and external partners to deliver compliant campaigns, manage budgets, report on performance, and build lasting relationships with sponsors, corporate partners, and supporters to sustain the charity's mission.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in fundraising or related volunteer work is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising action plan aligned with the organisation's goals.
• Drive effective fundraising strategies to diversify and grow revenue streams.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss reports for all fundraising activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Recommend and manage the annual fundraising budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and income.
• Provide monthly updates on fundraising performance and progress.
• Build and nurture long-term donor relationships to sustain engagement.
• Manage sponsorships, donation channels, and donor initiatives (including doggie box collections).
• Develop donor engagement and stewardship strategies; identify reactivation/upgrading opportunities.
• Design and implement strategies to grow monthly recurring donations.
• Plan and deliver impactful fundraising events from concept to execution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
• Cultivate partnerships with corporate sponsors, community groups, and educational institutions for joint campaigns.
• Explore grant and co-funding opportunities to increase sustainability.
• Represent the organisation at external events to build new alliances.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support SPCA-led initiatives as required.
