Job summary

HDB is seeking a Community Relations Manager in the Community Partnerships Department to engage heartland communities and promote understanding of policies and programmes. You will lead multi-audience programmes, manage campaigns, and develop digital content strategies to strengthen community ties.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, direct, and execute multi-audience integrated programmes and initiatives to meet HDB's objectives
• Manage the delivery of campaign plans, including resources, integration, and implementation
• Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy to support the HDB brand and reach audiences effectively
• Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns to meet objectives
