Job summary

Housing & Development Board is seeking a Community Relations Manager in the Community Partnerships Department to engage heartland communities and promote understanding of policies and programmes.

You will design and deliver multi-audience programmes, manage campaigns, and build digital content that supports the HDB brand and engages the public. The role requires strong writing, presentation, and project-management skills with flexibility for weekends and after-hours work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Strategise, direct, and execute multi-audience, integrated programmes and initiatives to meet objectives.

• Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy to support the HDB brand and reach audiences effectively.
• Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns including school outreach and community engagement.
• Work with stakeholders and volunteers to develop programmes and events to engage the community.

What the role is

Community Relations Manager (Community Partnerships Department)

The Community Partnerships Department of HDB’s Community Relations Group is seeking a Community Relations Manager who has the passion to engage the heartland community to promote understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes and strengthen community ties and bonds.

What you will be working on

Programming and Marketing

• Strategise, direct, and execute innovative multi-audience integrated programmes and initiatives to meet HDB’s objectives
• Manage the delivery of campaign plans, including deploying resources, integrating solutions, and implementation.
• Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy that supports the HDB brand’s strategic direction and can reach out to our audiences in the most impactful and effective manner

Community Relations

• Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, including school outreach programmes and engagement initiatives to meet HDB objectives
• Work with stakeholders and volunteers to develop programmes and events to engage the community

• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, including over weekends and after office hours on weekdays
• Digital and social media savvy
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent writing skills along with strong presentation and oral communication skills

• Excellent research, analytical, engagement and communication skills
