Responsibilities

• Lead generation and conversion: conduct systematic cold calling, emailing and outreach to community groups across Singapore.
• Lead generation and reporting: create and manage a contacts database and track engagement; record activities and outcomes.
• Create targeted experiences aligned with group interests by coordinating with internal stakeholders for customised programmes.
• Administrative matters: coordinate with programme providers, attendance and itineraries; assist with operational duties when required.
