Job Summary
Join Climb Central as a Community Outreach Executive to drive multi-pass sales, manage corporate product segments, maintain lead pipelines, coordinate programmes, and support operations to grow community engagement and sales.
Responsibilities
- Increase multi-pass sales from corporate companies, schools, and government agencies by developing targeted outreach strategies
- Craft and modify corporate multi-pass product segments to meet client needs and market trends
- Maintain and qualify a lead pipeline to ensure consistent sales opportunities
- Follow up with multi-pass buyers to increase product usage and customer retention
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for wall installation and equipment sales
- Analyze gym capacity and operating hours to optimize product offerings and sales potential
- Adhere to the multi-pass sales framework from quotation through invoicing and accounts receivable
- Submit monthly reports tracking programme performance and sales metrics
- Ensure availability of counter resources for all operations and crew members supporting accounts brought in
- Collaborate with Gym Operations to assess and enhance the viability and effectiveness of accounts
- Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and manage counter resources efficiently
- Monitor and ensure effective use of RGP payment functions
- Manage Climb Central partnership and collaboration initiatives to expand community reach
- Serve as Duty Officer/Crew 1–2 times per week, supporting daily gym operations
- Coordinate and execute programmes for accounts brought in, working closely with Course Lead to ensure operational viability and programme success
- Plan and conduct instructor training sessions at later stages to enhance programme delivery
- Ensure RGP payment systems are properly set up and website calendars are updated for programme scheduling
- Collect and review ground-level feedback to continuously improve programmes
Required competencies and certifications
- Climbing or bouldering experience essential to understand customer needs and product context
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or relevant studies
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or membership sales
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
