Job summary

Solious Marketing Solutions is seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator in Singapore to engage with the public, raise awareness for charitable causes, and inspire support for meaningful initiatives. You will develop communication and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

The role is full-time and on-site at 110 Robinson Road, with opportunities for regional and international travel. Fresh graduates and interns are welcome, and comprehensive onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior charity or sales experience required.
• Structured onboarding, hands-on training and ongoing coaching.

Your Role as a Community Outreach Coordinator

As a charity ambassador, you will:

• Represent and raise awareness for established charitable organizations

• Engage the public through friendly, face-to-face conversations

• Share the mission and impact of charitable causes

• Build meaningful connections while creating positive public experiences

• Encourage individuals to support causes they care about

• Participate in charity campaigns, events, and community outreach activities

• Develop your communication, leadership, confidence, and interpersonal skills

We provide structured onboarding, hands‑on training, and ongoing coaching to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed.You’ll work alongside experienced team leaders who will support you throughout your journey — from your first day to your future career progression.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• 18 and above

• Able to communicate confidently in English

• Passionate about making a positive difference

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public

• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

• Willing to learn and take feedback

• Comfortable with outdoor and field‑based work

• Positive, motivated, and able to work well in a team

• Interested in developing leadership and professional skills
