Job summary

Club Rainbow (Singapore) seeks a Social Work Associate to assist in planning, coordinating and delivering community engagement, social integration and signature events for beneficiaries and their families.

You will work with internal teams, volunteers and partners to create meaningful participation and inclusive experiences, while supporting volunteer engagement and operation coordination for safe and effective programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Events Management, Community Development, Psychology, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in programme or events management.
• Experience with children, youths, families or volunteers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute annual signature events and engagement activities.
• Develop event workplans, timelines and requirements for implementation.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, budgets, procurement and resources.
• Support participation of beneficiaries and families to promote inclusion.
• Coordinate on-site operations and address issues during events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate and community partners.
• Manage volunteer recruitment, briefing, deployment and engagement.
• Gather feedback and report on programme outcomes and engagement.
