Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE certification.
• Experience in education/training of persons with intellectual disability advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to participate in on-site and off-site activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients to improve daily living and community integration.
• Support Allied Health Professionals in assisting clients with rehabilitative needs.
• Perform activities according to care/training plans and maintain progress documentation.
• Contribute to care plan development and review.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of clients’ conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team during weekly reviews and progress discussions.
