Job summary

Providend Holding Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and driven events professional to help expand Providend's brand in Singapore. The incumbent will promote the brand through physical and virtual events and foster partnerships to drive community engagements.

You will develop an event calendar aligned with brand and marketing goals, plan and manage logistics for events, coordinate speakers and vendors, and promote events via email, social media and landing pages.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant experience in event planning.
• Passionate about event planning and community engagements.
• Familiar with virtual event platforms.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and project management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative and drive.
• Strong team player and reliable with attention to detail.
• Available Nov 2026 to Apr 2027 for maternity cover.

Reporting to the Head, Group Brand Experience, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us in expanding Providend's brand. The incumbent will play vital roles in actively promoting the brand through physical and virtual events as well as fostering partnerships and driving community engagements.

The main functions of this exciting position include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop an event calendar based on brand and marketing goals/strategies.
• Plan, execute and manage logistics for physical and virtual events.
• Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and partners.
• Promote events through email campaigns, social media, and landing pages.
• Oversee event registration, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
• Track event performance and manage budgets.
• Develop plans to engage communities.
• Serve as a liaison for community partnerships, collaborations and networking opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will be someone who:

• Has a Diploma with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in event planning and execution
• Passionate about event planning and fostering community engagements
• Familiar with virtual event platforms
• Possesses initiative, drive and exceptional attention to details
• Is an independent worker, able to work without much guidance
• Is a strong team player
• Is driven, tenacious and possess a strong work ethic
• Has excellent organisational, analytical, project management as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Able to commit from November 2026 to end of April 2027 due to Maternity Leave coverage
