Job summary

e-cruit team pte. ltd. is seeking a communications leader in Singapore to drive brand awareness and social mission engagement. You will develop multi-channel content, manage agencies, and oversee materials like annual reports and newsletters.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, donors and media, plan fundraising events, and lead a small team. A degree in communications with 5+ years in non-profits is required, with immediate availability and Ang Mo Kio location.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or related industries.
• Min 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in charity/non-profit environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications and engagement strategies to strengthen brand awareness and promote the organisation’s social mission.
• Create and manage engaging content across social media, website, newsletters, marketing collaterals and other communication channels.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and freelancers for content creation, design, photography and video production.
• Oversee the development of key materials such as annual reports, brochures, newsletters, factsheets and videos.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, Board members, partners, donors, volunteers and media.
• Plan and manage fundraising and volunteer engagement events from concept and budgeting through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop and implement volunteer recruitment, onboarding, deployment, engagement and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee the Volunteer Management System (VMS) and ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement and stewardship initiatives.
• Support social enterprise initiatives that empower beneficiaries and showcase their talents.
• Track the effectiveness of communications, fundraising and engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Lead, coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

• Salary Range: Up to $6000
