Job summary

mci career services pte. ltd. is seeking a Partnerships & Fundraising lead to develop and implement fundraising strategies, manage partnerships, and expand donor networks. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, donor stewardship, and program collaboration within the non-profit sector.

You will oversee a team, coordinate campaigns and community outreach, and work across internal units to ensure successful programme execution and long-term impact for beneficiaries.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or community outreach.
• Experience in the social service, non-profit, or community sector would be advantageous.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop fundraising strategies and manage multiple projects independently.
• Good organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience coordinating team activities.
• Passion for community engagement and supporting meaningful social causes.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Fundraising

• Develop and implement short- and medium-term fundraising strategies, annual action plans, and fundraising targets.
• Lead the Partnerships Team in executing fundraising and partnership initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, volunteers, community groups, and other stakeholders.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand funding sources and community support.
• Strengthen relationships with existing donors and supporters to encourage long-term engagement.
• Monitor fundraising performance and maintain accurate donor records, including financial and in-kind contributions.

Community Engagement & Volunteer Management

• Develop and expand the volunteer and donor network through active outreach and relationship building.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, community events, and engagement activities.
• Oversee volunteer deployment, training, matching, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution.
• Promote community awareness and support for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Marketing, Branding & Communications

• Develop and implement branding and communication initiatives to strengthen the organisation's visibility.
• Manage promotional content across publications, websites, and social media platforms.
• Oversee media releases, communication materials, and corporate publications.
• Represent and promote the organisation's mission, values, and community initiatives.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

• Prepare fundraising reports, performance updates, and post-event evaluations.
• Monitor partnership outcomes and fundraising targets to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Partnerships Team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
