Job summary

BANK OF CHINA LIMITED in Singapore seeks a dedicated analyst to support the commodities business through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. You will work with RMs, draft business materials, and assist with departmental planning.

You will also help with risk and compliance tasks, handle annual reviews, classification, post-loan reports, and regulatory submissions, while communicating in English and Chinese with head office and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in business administration
• Sound MS Office software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and coordination abilities
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese for communication with Head office and Chinese-speaking customers

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting for the commodities business; drafting business reporting materials and planning reports
• Provide business support to RMs, including data support and process optimization, and handle administrative tasks
• Assist in risk and compliance management, including annual reviews, classification, rating, post-loan management reports, and regulatory submissions
• Other tasks assigned by superiors
