Job summary

Antares Management Services is hiring Commissioning Engineers to support mission-critical data centre projects in Singapore. You will lead commissioning activities across multiple projects, review designs, and ensure systems meet specifications, safety standards and timelines.

We value candidates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of commissioning or design management experience in data centre environments, with strong HVAC/M&E knowledge and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning or design management.
• Experience in data centre or mission-critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commissioning activities across multiple projects.

Work on mission-critical data centre projects where reliability, precision, and system performance are critical.

We are partnering with a leading organisation in the data centre & mission-critical cooling space to hire Commissioning Engineers to support high-impact infrastructure projects across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commissioning activities across multiple projects
• Manage full commissioning lifecycle: design review, construction, testing, and final handover
• Ensure all systems meet required specifications, safety standards, and project timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and commissioning agents to resolve on-site issues
• Drive project closeout and transition into operational phase
• Prepare detailed and complete commissioning reports for each project

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning or design management
• Experience in data centre or mission-critical environments
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC / cooling systems and M&E services
• Experience with systems such as CRAC units, chillers, or precision cooling is an advantage
• Good knowledge of industry standards, safety practices, and system performance requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
