Loca Niru is seeking a committed Commis Cook to support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure a smooth workflow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing menu dishes in assigned sections while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to standard recipes and apply SOP in daily prep and service.
• Prepare and assemble ingredients and kitchen equipment as instructed by seniors.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and ensure proper handling of equipment.
• Handle, label, and store food items per HACCP guidelines including storage and FIFO.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory counts for daily operations.
• Collaborate with the team to support overall kitchen operations and guidance where needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
