Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte Ltd is seeking a kitchen support role in Singapore to assist the Chef de Partie with basic prep and plating. You will measure ingredients, prep vegetables and proteins, and maintain a clean, hygienic workstation throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP) and a valid food handler's license.
• Ability to work under pressure and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Measure ingredients, chop vegetables, and prep meats or fish according to instructions.
• Keep workspace clean, sanitized, and tidy throughout the shift.
• Receive deliveries, rotate stock, and discard expired items to maintain hygiene.
• Assist senior chefs during service by plating dishes and executing simple recipes.
