The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group, is seeking a committed cook to join our kitchen team. You will set up stations, prepare ingredients, and cook menu items in collaboration with fellow culinarians across our Marriott-affiliated properties in Singapore.

Work in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting with emphasis on quality, sanitation, and timely service. The role offers opportunities to develop culinary skills within a luxury hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion controls.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chop vegetables, butcher meat, make sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff.
• Take instructions from executive or sous chefs and report accordingly.
• Clean up station and handle leftovers appropriately.
• Stock inventory and ensure quality and timing of dishes.
• Adhere to nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers.
