Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Executive to support tender administration, monitor project costs, and manage commercial documentation. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Project teams to ensure accurate submissions and smooth project execution.

The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills and proficiency with Excel; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in tender administration, project costing, commercial support, or contract administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to prepare accurate documentation and manage multiple deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements and priorities.
• Possess good communication, coordination, and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing and submitting pre- and post-tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost sheets, progress claims, and other commercial documents.
• Prepare quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and related supporting documentation.
• Review and monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Perform cost analysis and highlight potential cost overruns or discrepancies to management.
• Track and follow up on progress claims, variation orders, and other project-related commercial matters.
• Coordinate the handover of awarded projects to the Project team for execution.
• Assist in arranging project kick-off meetings and ensure that all relevant commercial and contractual information is properly communicated.
• Attend commercial, project, and client meetings when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tender, contract, costing, and project records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
