• Support the execution of commercial and business initiatives by coordinating activities, timelines, and follow-up actions of key strategic initiatives.
• Translate approved plans into practical implementation activities and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical, MarketAccess, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
• Prepare updates, reports, presentations, and meeting materials to ensure decision-making.
• Collect, organize, and analyze information for business reviews and planning discussions.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to drive alignment on objectives and timelines.
• Support implementation of best practices and capture lessons learned from completed initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of execution processes.
