Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to drive business development and sales for carpentry and interior fit-out solutions.

You will identify opportunities, develop client relationships, prepare quotations, and manage projects from enquiry to completion. The role requires 3–5 years in commercial sales within carpentry, joinery or construction, a strong contractor network, and the ability to negotiate pricing and terms while protecting margins.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction, or Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development or project sales.
• Strong network with main contractors, developers, interior designers, architects or commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, scope and commercial terms with clients while maintaining healthy margins.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to project handover.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable carpentry, joinery and interior solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions in coordination with the project and operations teams.

• Attend site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements, site conditions and specifications.

• Follow up on quotations, tenders and proposals to secure new contracts.

• Negotiate pricing, scope and commercial terms with clients while maintaining healthy project margins.

• Manage the sales process from lead generation, quotation and negotiation through to project handover.

• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction, Interior Design or a related discipline preferred.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial sales, business development or project sales, preferably within carpentry, joinery, interior fit‑out or construction.

• Strong network and existing relationships with main contractors, developers, interior designers, architects or commercial clients will be an advantage.
