COLD STORAGE SINGAPORE (1983) PTE LTD is seeking an Administrative Support Executive to deliver end-to-end operational and administrative support for the Commercial team in Singapore. You will help ensure timely category action plans, maintain master data, and coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for promotions and commercial activities.

The role requires diploma or degree in any discipline, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Prior administrative or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly organised with multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Commercial buyer to support categories toward sales and productivity targets.
• Coordinate and execute category action plans for timely implementation.
• Provide end-to-end admin support for supplier onboarding and NPD processes.
• Update cost, price, and commercial changes in the system promptly.
• Create and maintain new articles and item master data.
• Support consignment-related administration and monitoring.
• Maintain promotional downloads and coordinate ad press approvals.
• Support weekly promotion commitments with cross-functional teams.
• Liaise with suppliers on updates and requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of documents for system updates.
• Flag risks or issues impacting operations to stakeholders.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the Commercial buying team.
