Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably FMCG/retail.
• Experience in managing digital projects or campaigns.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the wider Marketing Team in executing strategic campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, social media, media, events and PR agencies.
• Review and report campaign results and customer feedback to stakeholders.
• Stay current with marketing trends in retail/food innovations.
• Assist and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and roadshows.
• Manage community engagement events and programs.
• Support marketing administration tasks.
• Perform other adhoc tasks as assigned.
