Job description

About Tradition

Tradition is a leading interdealer broker and part of the Tradition Group (https://www.tradition.com). As the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition, Tradition is one of the world’s largest brokers of over the counter financial and commodity related products. Represented in over 28 countries, Compagnie Financière Tradition is listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange and has expanded significantly over the last decade.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and hands on individual to join our Asia commercial market data business in a key Sales Coordination and Administration role. Operating within a lean organisation, this role requires a strong delivery mindset, with the ability to support sales activity through effective coordination, administration, and stakeholder management across Sales, Product, Operations, Clients, and external vendors.

This role is best suited to someone who is a “doer” rather than a pure coordinator — comfortable managing multiple workstreams, pulling together information from different teams, and ensuring follow through on client and commercial activities. Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a technical aptitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sales support and administrative activities across Sales, Product, Operations, Clients, and external vendors

Manage sales administration processes, including contract reporting, tracking of commercial terms, and internal usage oversight

Support client engagement management, including onboarding coordination, trial access, permissioning, and ongoing client activity tracking

Act as a central coordination point for client related actions, ensuring follow ups, responses, and information flows are progressed and recorded

Maintain and administer Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy of client, contract, and engagement records

Coordinate internal teams and stakeholders to support sales initiatives, product launches, and client requirements

Plan, coordinate, and support industry events, conferences, and client marketing activities

Manage marketing merchandise and promotional materials, including inventory, distribution, and event support

Support ad hoc sales and product related projects locally and, where required, in coordination with global teams

Skills & Experience

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in English required, regional languages advantageous

Experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, client administration, or a similar support role

Broad understanding of the market data, financial information, or licensing environment desirable

Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders

Comfortable working with Sales teams to engage clients, capture requirements, and support commercial opportunities

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to leverage tools and systems to improve efficiency and scalability

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and Power BI preferred
