weima builders pte. ltd. seeks a Commercial Manager to lead the Quantity Surveying and Contracts function for private projects, including warehouses and industrial developments. You will oversee tender preparation, procurement, contract administration, cost control, variations and final accounts.

You will work with Project Directors, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure commercial soundness, contractual protections and project profitability within approved budgets.

Formación

• Experience leading a QS/tender team on private building and warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of tender pricing, cost planning and value engineering.
• Ability to review contracts, manage variations and final accounts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the QS and tender team for private building and warehouse projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQ and contract conditions.
• Lead tender pricing, cost planning, measurement and tender submissions.
• Analyze quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Identify commercial risks and potential cost exposures during tender stage.
• Manage variation orders, extensions of time, and final accounts.
• Lead the administration of main contracts and supplier agreements.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts and dashboards.
• Build and mentor the QS team to ensure quality submissions.
