Job summary

SBS Transit Limited seeks an experienced Commercial Lead to drive growth through large tenders and M&A initiatives. You will lead commercial and financial evaluations, develop winning tender strategies, support M&A transactions, and provide recommendations to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Reporting to Group Business Development, you will influence major strategic decisions and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
