Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd seeks an experienced Commercial Lead to drive growth through large-scale tenders and M&A initiatives. Reporting to the Group Business Development team, you will lead commercial and financial evaluations, develop winning tender strategies, support transactions, and provide recommendations to senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial, finance, business development, or M&A roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
