StraitsX is seeking a Commercial Intern to support the Commercial team in building and developing the sales pipeline in Singapore. You will identify potential leads, research prospects, and qualify them, then arrange meetings for the sales team.

You will track leads in the CRM, maintain pipeline accuracy, and collaborate with product and marketing to understand offerings and demonstrate solutions when needed. This role offers hands-on entry into SaaS sales for ambitious learners.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Tech/SaaS or software sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation with events and social media to identify potential customers.
• Qualify leads via criteria to understand needs and budget constraints.
• Schedule appointments for product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM system.
• Develop product knowledge and assist with basic demos when required.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and support marketing events to drive demand.
