Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand contract law to support contract administration.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation skills to resolve cost issues.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for liaising with suppliers and contractors.
• Exhibit excellent communication to coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Show self-motivation, discipline, teamwork, and results orientation.
• Utilize IT skills to manage project documentation and data efficiently.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in local commercial interior projects.
• Experience in commercial interior projects is advantageous.
• Diploma in building and property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and control pre- and post-contract activities for compliance and alignment.
• Calculate quantities and base costs to prepare tender submissions for interiors.
• Estimate costs and support procurement to optimize budgets.
• Prepare quotations, Bills of Quantities, and tender documents for bidding.
• Conduct tender exercises including bidder selection, evaluation, and award.
• Manage claims, variation orders, budgets, and cost control to maintain financial discipline.
• Settle final accounts to close out project financials.
