Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre and post tender activities, cost estimates, and procurement for interior projects. You will ensure accurate budgeting and maintain contracts across multiple concurrent projects.

Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, 2–3 years' interior project experience, and proficiency with quantity take-off tools and drawings. Strong cost control and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant interior project experience.
• Proficient with quantity take-off tools and technical drawings.
• Familiar with contract administration, budgeting and cost control.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Experience managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post tender activities including take-offs and cost estimates.
• Prepare and review contracts, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Source and procure materials and subcontractor services.
• Monitor project budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Conduct site surveys and participate in valuations with clients and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales, design and project teams on M&E matters.
• Lead and mentor the commercial team, ensuring best practices.
