As part of the Streaming and Strategic Repertoire team focusing on South East Asia, we bring timeless tracks to new generations of listeners while unlocking commercial opportunities for legendary music. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Regional Senior Manager, Streaming and Strategic Repertoire (SEA), collaborating with internal marketing, creative, ecommerce, and playlist teams to drive real audience growth across the region.
As the Commercial Executive - Strategic Repertoire, you will play a key role in executing catalogue campaigns and audience engagement strategies across South East Asia. This role balances hands on creative execution, from digital campaign management to creative asset coordination, with essential daily project workflows and administration. One hour you will be analysing campaign metrics and tracking budgets, and the next you will be collaborating on DSP playlist initiatives with our Topsify team or supporting creator marketing initiatives. It is an energetic, detail driven role where your work directly shapes how fans discover and rediscover WMG catalogue.
You have minimum 3+ years of marketing experience within a record label, music company, or entertainment environment ideally within SEA. You have a proven track record assisting with digital marketing campaigns across paid media, social, content, and promotional activations. You are passionate about music across diverse genres and eras, bringing active user knowledge of current streaming platforms and social media trends. You enjoy a data-informed approach to work, bringing strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving to every campaign. You are highly organised and detail orientated, with strong project coordination skills and a continuous learning mindset. You possess strong relationship management skills and business-level English communication skills, thriving as a collaborative team player.
