Job summary

CHINA ENERGY ENGINEERING GROUP SHANXI ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a Quantity Surveyor with strong cost control and procurement skills to support EPC electrical power projects in Singapore in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ management, tendering, and contract administration across solar, substations, and building services, collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure cost targets are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in construction or EPC projects.
• Must have prior working experience in Singapore (construction or EPC projects).
• Experience in electrical works (power plants, substations, or building services) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced EPC project environments.

Responsibilities
