The successful candidate will support billing artefacts, contractual obligations and reporting deliverables, while driving automation and analytics to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and billing/reporting tools.
• Experience in billing operations, reporting, reconciliation or commercial support is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update billing records with accurate monthly billing information.
• Generate, validate and analyse customer billing reports to support invoicing and reporting requirements.
• Perform billing reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with contractual billing obligations and service level agreements.
• Gather customer reporting requirements and translate them into report specifications.
• Develop and customize billing reports to meet customer requirements.
• Work with IT teams to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
• Support intercompany billing reconciliations and cross-team coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement across billing, reporting and commercial support.
• Leverage data analytics and AI tools to improve productivity and reporting efficiency.
• Participate in digital transformation and knowledge sharing.
