Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco focused on connecting people, businesses and communities. This role drives regional IS/IT cost leadership, technical and commercial evaluation, and investment governance to maximize value across Singtel Group and Associates.

You will work with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Business stakeholders, shaping strategic cost models and vendor engagements for future readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in telecommunications IS/IT, solution architecture and IT investment.
• Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, tenders, and vendor evaluations.
• Strong knowledge of telecom IT architectures and cloud-native concepts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sustainable IS/IT cost leadership across Singtel Group and Associate companies.
• Protect Singtel Group's and Associates interests through independent technical and commercial reviews.
• Improve investment outcomes through robust price benchmarking, commercial assurance, and negotiation support.
• Optimize technology investments by balancing cost, capability, scalability, and business value.
• Strengthen regional collaboration and adoption of best practices.
• Deliver measurable savings and long-term value across the Group.
