Responsibilities

• Support commercial bid team with tender and bid preparation throughout the bid process.
• Analyze historical and forecast data to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical bid teams to ensure calculation accuracy.
• Ensure integrity in bid calculation from supplier offers to final pricing.
• Support bid manager in daily tasks.
• Assist BA community with monthly closing activities and project controlling.
• Prepare and upload Journal Vouchers and filing of purchase orders.
