Job summary

Philip Morris Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Deployment Planning Executive to transform data into actionable insights that drive growth, field execution, and commercial performance.

You will partner with commercial teams and regional stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity and value. Qualifications

• Commercially minded and analytically driven with curiosity for insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 3+ years in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably in FMCG or consumer-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance management, sales execution, and business planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake and Microsoft Excel to develop scalable reporting and decision-support solutions.
• Proven ability to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Experience collaborating with analytics, data governance teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Exposure to Salesforce Analytics / CRM Analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or Python an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights and recommendations identifying growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Support business reviews, volume planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance steering through data-driven analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for commercial performance and market opportunities.
• Drive field performance tracking, activation steering, and execution monitoring through scorecards and dashboards.
• Partner with data governance to deliver analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions creating measurable value.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy across commercial data assets.
