Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Commercial Deployment Planning Executive to partner with Commercial teams, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth and business performance.

You will build dashboards, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields, preferably within FMCG or consumer-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance management, sales execution, and business planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Exposure to Salesforce Analytics/CRM Analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or Python is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Support business reviews, forecasting, target setting, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor commercial performance and market opportunities.
• Transform complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Drive field performance tracking through scorecards, trackers, and dashboards.
• Partner with data governance teams to deliver analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
