Job summary

Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Commercial Deployment Planning Executive to partner with Commercial teams, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth and business performance.

You will build dashboards, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields, preferably within FMCG or consumer-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial performance management, sales execution, and business planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Exposure to Salesforce Analytics/CRM Analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or Python is an added advantage.

Your Day to Day

As a Commercial Deployment Planning Executive, you will partner with Commercial teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth, execution excellence, and business performance.

You will identify opportunities, uncover performance gaps, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that support business decisions. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, you will develop dashboards, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance productivity and create business value.

You will also bridge business users and data governance teams, ensuring analytical capabilities align with commercial priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Commercial Performance & Strategic Insights

• Generate actionable insights to identify growth opportunities and address performance gaps.
• Support business reviews, forecasting, target setting, and performance management.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor commercial performance and market opportunities.
• Transform complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

Field Force Effectiveness

• Drive field performance tracking through scorecards, trackers, and dashboards.
• Support resource allocation, outlet prioritization, and execution excellence using data-driven insights.

Data & AI Enablement

• Partner with local, regional, and data governance teams to deliver analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve commercial effectiveness.

Data Management & Business Partnering

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Analytics, IT, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable, insight-driven solutions.

Who We're Looking For
