Job summary

METROPOLIS SECURITY SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore East is hiring a Security Officer to monitor and operate CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related security systems. The role requires vigilance and adherence to SOPs.

This rotating night shift from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am runs 5/6 days, with a focus on incident response and ongoing system monitoring. Prior security experience and a PWM Senior Security Officer license are essential.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of related security experience.
• Must hold PWM Senior Security Officer license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate CCTV, Access Control, IDS, Video Management, and related security systems.
• Respond to alarms and fault indicators according to SOPs.
• Coordinate incident response and escalation per protocol.
• Perform other command center duties as assigned by Team Leader.

Job Responsibilities

• a. Monitor and operate various technical security systems including, but not limited to CCTV surveillance system, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, Video Management System and all other physical security related systems.

• b. Follow up on physical security system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with protocol & SOPs.

• c. Coordinating response and escalation of incidents that occur on company premises and/or substations in accordance with standard protocol & SOPs.

• d. Perform other command center related duties as and when directed by Team Leader/Head of Department.

Skills and Experience

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level.

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must possess a Security License with a minimum grade of PWM Senior Security Officer.
