Job summary

HP Singapore is seeking a College Intern in Business Process Automation to help identify workflow improvements and support automation projects. You will develop or support automation solutions, gather requirements, and translate gaps into actionable ideas.

Work with dashboards, data templates, scripts, and low‑code apps to boost productivity and reporting accuracy, while collaborating with stakeholders across time zones. Fluent English is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a university degree or polytechnic diploma in a related field.
• Interest or experience in automation, AI tools, scripting, data analytics, dashboarding.
• Exposure to Power Platform tools and SQL is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve business workflows by reducing manual effort.
• Develop or support automation solutions such as workflows, dashboards, scripts, data templates, or low-code applications to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
• Gather user requirements, document current processes, and translate process gaps into practical improvement ideas.
• Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to track efficiency gains and enable better decision-making.
• Assist in testing, validating, documenting, and deploying automation solutions for business users.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to understand workflow needs, support adoption, and present project outcomes.
