Job summary

TVI PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage stock movements in a cold room and ensure stock tallies align with the warehouse system. You will approve stock draw-out, returns, and incoming stock while rostering on-site specialists.

Applicants should be proficient with MS Excel and Google Drive, possess a Class 3 driving license, and communicate in English and Mandarin to coordinate with on-ground stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in perishables and FMCG is an added advantage.
• Hands-on supervisor with strong EQ for field communication.
• Daily stock reconciliation and accurate updates to systems.
• Able to co-ordinate with on-site stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Be stationed in cold room to ensure efficient stock movements.
• Oversee and account for stock draw-out, returns, and balance with system.
• Approve stock draw-out and returns; ensure stock tally with system.
• Roster and supervise on-site warehouse specialists.
• Maintain working knowledge of perishables; use MS Excel and Google Drive.
• Ensure van sales drivers follow allocated stocks to hit revenue targets.
• Communicate effectively with on-ground stakeholders; high EQ required.
• Daily stock inventory updates in warehouse system / Google Drive.

Job description

1. Ability to be stationed in cold room warehouse to ensure efficient stock movements.

2. Hands - on to oversee and account for all stock draw out, return stocks and balance stocks tally with warehouse system.

3. Need to approve stock draw out, return stock , stock incoming and return stocks tally with system.

4. Roster and supervise on site warehouse specialists.

5. Hands on working knowledge of perishables, MS xcel, Google drive and IT literate.

6. Similar past working experience in the perishables , FMCG trade is an added advantage.

7. Need to ensure van sales drivers follow and comply with allocated stocks to ensure revenue targets are met.

8. A fast and efficient supervisor with high EQ skills to communicate effectively to various on ground stakeholders.

9. Need to have a valid manual class 3 driving license to drive a 10footer chiller truck for delivery as and when needed.

10. Ability to communicate both in English and Mandarin.

11. Ability to ensure warehouse specialists complete the daily tasks with no loose ends.

12. Ensure daily update of stock inventory in warehouse system / google drives.
