ADVINES HR SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Coffee Shop Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead stallholders with robust supervision and efficient rostering.
You will ensure hygiene standards, handle customer feedback, coordinate with suppliers, and support opening/closing procedures while staying hands-on during peak periods.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in overseeing the full day-to-day operations of the coffee shop.
Supervise stallholders and workers and ensure smooth daily operations during opening, peak and closing hours.
Prepare staff duty rosters and arrange manpower coverage for absences, medical leave and emergencies.
Handle customer complaints, feedback and operational disputes professionally.
Monitor cleanliness of dining areas, toilets, common areas and waste-disposal points, and coordinate cleaners where necessary.
Conduct regular checks to ensure stalls comply with company procedures, hygiene standards and applicable food-safety requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, cleaners and maintenance personnel.
Monitor stock levels for common operational supplies and arrange replenishment.
Check equipment and facilities and arrange repairs when faults occur.
Assist with cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, cash handling and preparation of operational records.
Monitor stall operations and promptly elevate serious operational, safety or hygiene issues to management.
Support opening and closing procedures, including checking premises, equipment, cleanliness and security.
Be prepared to provide hands‑on operational support during peak periods or manpower shortages.
Carry out other operational and administrative duties assigned by management.
Make coffee/drinks when necessary
Job Requirements
Prior experience in coffee shop, food court, F&B outlet or similar operations preferred.
Experience supervising staff and handling day-to-day outlet issues.
Able to work independently and resolve operational problems without constant supervision.
Comfortable handling customers, stallholders, suppliers and workers.
Able to perform administrative duties and basic computer work.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on F&B environment.
Reliable and able to respond to urgent operational issues when on duty.
