Job summary

MOONBUCKS & COFFEE BOWL PTE. LTD. operates a cafe in Punggol, delivering specialty coffee and attentive service. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire a team of baristas, servers, and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience in a café.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a team.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, customer service, and café operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial tracking.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Food hygiene certification (e.g., WSQ Basic Food Hygiene) is a plus.
• Passion for the specialty coffee scene and café culture.
