Job summary
HANWHA OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior coatings inspector to oversee all coating activities on projects and fabrication yards.
You will monitor execution per approved procedures, review ITPs and coating inspection reports, and ensure nonconformities are closed out with CAPA actions. Responsibilities include NCR/Observation reviews, status monitoring, material certificate approvals and validation of coating systems through test panels.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering with NACE or FROSIO Level II certification.
- 10 years' experience in managing coating functions in projects/fabrication yards.
Responsibilities
- Surveillance inspection of coating activities.
- Preparation and review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
- Review and approval of coating inspection reports.
- Monitor coating activities performed as per approved procedures.
- NCR/Observation review and close out.
- Monitor inspection status and progressive report generation.
- CAPA and support investigation on noncompliance reported.
- Review and approval of coating material certificates.
- Review and approval of coating system validation through test panels.
- Punch list monitoring and close out.
