Job summary

Frasers Property Limited in Singapore is seeking a proactive finance professional to govern the Group and Operating COA master data. You will ensure integrity, alignment with policies, and consistency across reporting, consolidation and planning.

You'll lead data cleansing, mapping, migration, and maintain hierarchies. The role offers exposure to ERP and planning systems, office-based environment, and collaboration with Finance, IT, and external partners to drive high-quality financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting field.
• 5–8 years in finance, reporting, consolidation or governance.
• Strong knowledge of COA structures and master data governance.
• Proficient with data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation and migration.

Responsibilities

• Act as custodian of Group Operating COA and Group COA to ensure integrity.
• Review/coordinate creation, modification or retirement of accounts.
• Assess impact of COA changes on reporting, consolidation and planning.
• Partner with Finance, IT and stakeholders to align with policies.
• Maintain finance hierarchies, mappings and governance standards.
• Govern data standards and monitor master data issues.
• Support data cleansing, migration and reconciliation for projects.
• Participate in ERP, consolidation and planning transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and project documentation.
