Job summary

Frasers Property Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Data Platform lead to build the Group's Finance data lake, semantic models and AI capabilities.

The role requires designing, developing and implementing enterprise finance data models, governance frameworks and AI-driven solutions to enhance reporting, analytics, decision support and process automation across the Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, analytics, BI, finance systems or AI solution development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise data platforms and cloud analytics solutions.
• Strong hands-on SQL, Python, data modelling and data integration skills.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and managing large datasets across multiple systems.
• Experience delivering analytics or AI solutions in a business setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage the Group Finance data platform, including datasets, semantic models and enterprise data structures.
• Build scalable data integration pipelines across finance and operational systems.
• Establish data governance, metadata management and data quality standards.
• Partner with IT to develop secure, scalable finance data architecture.
• Design and maintain enterprise finance data models, semantic layers and finance ontology.
• Standardise KPI definitions and business logic to create a single source of truth.
• Translate requirements into scalable data products and analytics solutions.
• Enable self-service analytics with business-friendly data models.
