Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Factory Staff to operate CNC machines and interpret 3D feature drawings within a high‑volume aerospace maintenance setting at Seletar. You will maintain tooling and ensure compliance with procedures.

The role requires rotating day and afternoon shifts with overtime, including weekends and public holidays, emphasizing safety and procedural accuracy in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in an engineering related field.
• Able to interpret and read 3D feature drawings.
• Must be able to work on rotating shifts (Day and Afternoon) and overtime if required, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
• Must be comfortable working at Seletar.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage all CNC machine mechanisms to maintain efficient production.
• Perform work in accordance with approved technical procedures and company standards (EASA/CAAS Part 145 or equivalent).
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in engine servicing and component repair.
• Maintain safe operation and handling of CNC machines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety
