Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install and maintain production machines and plant facilities, perform preventive maintenance, and diagnose complex faults during operations.

You will read manuals and electrical drawings, use hand and power tools, and test and repair equipment while working a 3 rotating shift pattern at Seletar. A strong safety mindset and understanding of asset management are essential.

Qualifications

Engineering NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical.
In-depth understanding of machine tools and maintenance experience.
Knowledge of asset management and production maintenance best practices.
Knowledge of Maximo system.
Leadership and exposure to LEAN/Six Sigma would be a bonus.
Licensed Electrical workers (LEW) will be highly considered.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
Perform corrective maintenance during production and preventive maintenance during service.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.
Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and troubleshoot high-level faults.
Use hand and power tools, meters and material handling equipment; report abnormalities.
Comply with safety regulations and support the Manufacturing Services Leader.
